What extrusion lines do you currently operate?
We currently operate 40 mm and 35 mm extrusion lines. Additional 20 mm, 32mm, 60 mm, and 75 mm extrusion lines are in assembly and will be coming online shortly to support expanded capacity and a broader range of applications.

What are your hours of operation?
Our production lines operate from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Office and administrative support is available during standard business hours ( 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ). Scheduling outside of normal production hours can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Do you offer custom formulations and R&D support?
Yes. We offer custom formulation development, R&D support, and color matching services. Our team works closely with customers to develop materials that meet specific performance, processing, and application requirements.

How can I request a quote or start a project?

What types of projects do you support?
We support a wide range of projects including development work, pilot runs, and production scale manufacturing. Our services are designed to accommodate custom formulations, toll compounding, and specialized processing requirements.

How do you handle quality and traceability?
Our manufacturing workflows emphasize process control, material identification, and traceability throughout production. We support documentation, testing, and record keeping to ensure consistent and repeatable manufacturing outcomes. We are actively working toward obtaining ISO 13485 certification to further strengthen our quality management practices and support regulated manufacturing requirements.
